Kevin is one of XCG’s Expert People.  He is a Partner and a leader of XCG’s Remediation and Risk Assessment Group based in their Kingston, Ontario office. As a Licensed Professional Engineer and an Environmental Professional with Compliance Auditor and Site Assessment and Reclamation designations, he is highly qualified to help clients solve environmental problems and has been doing so with XCG since 1992. Kevin is also a QP (Qualified Person) and a QPRA (Qualified Person, Risk Assessment) as defined by Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 153/04.

Kevin leads XCG’s Kingston office and focuses on Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Remediation and Risk Assessment projects in the area. In addition to his extensive experience with ESAs, remediation and risk assessments, Kevin has wide-ranging project experience with designated substances, hazardous materials surveys and abatement, hydrogeological investigations, environmental compliance and environmental management systems audits, air permitting, waste management, water and wastewater treatment, and the provision of expert witness services.

With his wealth of knowledge and expertise, Kevin and the Expert XCG Kingston team are proud to serve the needs of their clients on a variety of environmental projects from small Phase I ESAs to large and complex site remediation and property redevelopments.

 

When he’s not solving environmental issues, Kevin supports his community by participating in a number of volunteer activities, including as a mentor for immigrant professionals through the KEYS Job Centre in Kingston and acting in community theatre productions. He is also an avid cyclist, commuting to work on two wheels year-round. His wealth of knowledge and attention to detail are just a couple of reasons why Kevin is a valued member of the XCG #ExpertPeople team.
